For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: Great find while on a trip to Orlando. Thanks to Allstays for the reviews on this little gem of a campground. Vonda was great. It芒鈧劉s clean, mowed and maintained campground. Just what we were looking for to stop get some rest and hit the road again the next day. Will probably try and stay there again on the way back to Texas.

For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: What a tremendous find. They don芒鈧劉t make them like this anymore. Neat and clean. No mud or dry dirt. John was so nice and couldn芒鈧劉t do more to make our stay so welcoming after a 12 trek today. We will come stay again.

For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: What a great campground. The sites are nice and clean with fire ring and table. The owners are So accommodating. I like the campground is not full of permanent campers/seasonal. What a great find. We will definitely go a few miles out of the way to come back to campground.

For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: John and Vonda have done an excellent job of creating a wonderful campground. They are so warm, welcoming and friendly, that you know right off the bat that it芒鈧劉s going to be a great experience. They are at an exit that has a big Love芒鈧劉s with a Chester芒鈧劉s Chicken and a good size McDonald芒鈧劉s. The Hitchin Post is easy in, easy out (great for overnight), and has lots of really cool lawn games, 2 dog parks, a horse corral, and a fishing lake with pedal boats (also great for a longer stay)! We traveled with a 40芒鈧劉 fifth wheel and had a LOT of room. Some of the back-in sights are shaded, and there are lots of trees in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend John and Vonda芒鈧劉s Hitchin Post, they built it from the ground up, and are doing a great job!

For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: Great new owners. Going above and beyond to make you welcome. Great place for one night running home. Only negative is closeness to I-40

For Hitchin Post Corral and Campground: Enthusiastic newer owners doing many renovations. The sites were level but a little tightly spaced, although for a transit stopover they were sufficient. From the Allstays map it looks like this campground has a little space from I-10, but be forewarned it's directly adjacent. The I-10 noise was noticeable and therefore subtracts one star. At $40/night it's on the high side for what is essentially a stopover/transit stay, there subtract one more star.
