For Fort Bend County Park: Fort Bend County Park at Fair Grounds Large parking lot! Very easy to access after driving south on 59 thru Houston. Full hook up for $20. We stayed one night, would stay again.

For Fort Bend County Park: We stayed here in 11/2017.
This is a no frills parking lot but it is huge and has full hookups at a reasonable price. When we were there it was nearly empty, with plenty of space to ride bikes around with the kids. A couple of nice parks are close by drive-wise.
It's close to town so it's noisy and smelly and bright, but it was a great place to stay a few days while we were visiting family in the Rosenburg area.
Cell service was good, 10Mbps down on Verizon, 20Mbps down on AT&T.
