For Irwin Park: This small campground served the purpose of an overnight while passing through. Downtown is a walkable distance or the out skirts has plenty of places to chose from. Call the park department to reserve a space and pay $20 and fill out paperwork with host when you arrive. Quiet

For Irwin Park: City Park. Water, electric and dump for $15 (2017). Good value when traveling through. This is probably busy on the weekends. Pay for site at city office behind the Jay C food store.
