For Percha Flats - Caballo Lake State Park: Made reservations here on a holiday weekend in mid-January for Friday night without a problem. Seemed to be a few spots left, including dry camping. Very quiet at night, friendly host. Took away 1 star for warm but not hot showers that you had to keep pressing button to keep water flowing more than a few seconds.
