For Juniper - Navajo Lake State Park: Beautiful lake, decent facilities for camping. Sites are far from the lake and for the most pat small, as in 20ft tv small or a tent. The lake is beautiful and if you have a boat could be 5 star, for us with a 25ft trailer maybe a 2 star. The other loops, especially the electric loop is probably better. Not much to do other than boating. River and campgrounds below the dam probably better for RV鈥檌ng and fishing.

For Juniper - Navajo Lake State Park: Beware: Reserve America said site 156 in the Junioer loop would fit a 45 ft trailer. The road around this campground was so narrow it was totally unsuitable for my truck and 35 ft fifth wheel. If I was any longer I wouldn't have made it without damage. There was no room to maneuver into the site and if there were I would have stuck out in the road. Also I am 14ft wide w slides out and this site was 14 1/2 ft wide. All the sites I saw were very narrow. I wouldn't recommend taking a very big trailer to any but the main campground and even it was very poorly laid out. I didn't visit Cottonwood.
