For Fresno Beach - Fresno Reservoir USBR: The Fresno Beach campground icon may be misplaced on the map. The parking lot dry camping is at 48.5950414, -109.9540204. The parking lot is located at the top of a one way loop. Continue down the loop to find a somewhat level pull-out under trees that is large enough for two or three rigs close together good for folks traveling in a group. Just past that is a concrete section down hill providing access to the shoreline. I would scout before driving down there. If the soil is firm enough that area would provide a lot more camping area. After that the loop continues up a very steep hill and circles back to the entrance and parking lot. I arrived at the parking lot late afternoon Sunday. There were five other campers present, and it was quiet. A few fifth wheels were unattended. They may belong to fishing club members who take care of the campground. There is a donation box at the parking lot rest rooms. Please leave a few dollars in appreciation of the club鈥檚 hospitality.

For Fresno Beach - Fresno Reservoir USBR: Camped one night Thur Sep 14, 2023. Only two other campers plus two unoccupied RV's. Convenient location to US 2. Clean, quiet and comfortable primitive site, despite being basically a parking lot. Maintained by a local fishing club and they do a decent job. Boating, fishing and walking activities available.

For Fresno Beach - Fresno Reservoir USBR: Stayed here one night while passing through on US 2, Thursday, Sep 14, 2023. Easy access and a decent spot. Clean, well maintained. Opportunities for boating, fishing and light walks around the campground, Quiet with only a few other campers. No fees so left a donation to support their nice spot.

For Fresno Beach - Fresno Reservoir USBR: Stayed here toward the end of the season, there was no one else there. Essentially a level gravel parking lot on a shelf overlooking the reservoir. No separate sites, just tables and some fire pits to separate units. Nice view of the lake. Restroom, but no electric, water, or TV. Good WiFi but it might have been someone else芒鈧劉s. Oil road until the last quarter mile. Nice beach down the hill. Would stay again but likely very busy at height of walleye season.
