For Rivers Edge Cottages and RV Park: Beautiful place meticulously maintained. Mostly seasonal. Some great art work with propane tanks too. Very friendly and clean. They have cabins even handicap accessible. Looks like this place would be great for a reunion. Boat access to the river across the street from the entrance. Close to Champlain. Beautiful area.

For Rivers Edge Cottages and RV Park: One of the best places I have ever stayed at everything is spotless including the garden which he want you to take out whatever you want they are really really nice. You won't be sorry if you stay here
