Lavenderlime
For KCL Campground Carrizo Plain NM: This is a small campground set back half a mile from the main dirt road, mostly flat, and with large, expansive views to the east and south across the Plain. Very quiet, with some large trees, and a few resident owls that hoot each evening. There are also some old ranch buildings in a state of arrested decay from the Kern County Land company (KCL).
