For BLM Palisades Recreation Area: Most campsites are located right at bank of the Madison River, with spectacular views of the nearby mountains. Really beautiful. Vault toilets were very clean. No water, contrary to BLM website. Water is available from Ruby Creek campground or Madison Campground, both about 6 miles away. Excellent spot to fish and relax. I will back!!! Rank four stars just because of no water.
