For Kiowa Kamp Grounds: Two stars on for a pull though and one for power. It is on a lot behind an electrical company. If just passing through and need a quick hook up. Not so nice if you want more. Two 50 amps the rest are 30 amp. We didn't stay found a place in Ellinwood.

For Kiowa Kamp Grounds: Did not stay here but drove by to check it out. Was basically a small gravel lot behind someone's house. No trees and no water near as other review states. Had full hookups.

For Kiowa Kamp Grounds: Basic cheap camping. It was quiet and it is on the water.
