For Emmett City RV Park: Apparently nobody actually staffs the place, no answer to voicemail at the public works extension you're supposed to call during business hours. Sites okay but utilities, bathrooms, wifi locked down until staff supposedly come over to unlock them.
All this and locals blasting loud music 24/7 for $25 a night. I could have parked in front of some random apartments for free and had all the above and free wifi.
Looks like homeless in decrepit RVs like to stay here for the 10 day max and then rotate to other spots till they can come back here.
