Campervan Travels
For Belle Fourche - Devils Tower National Monument: I stayed 6-4/6-8-25. Sites were mostly comprised of pull thru semi-circular cut-outs from the road. This means some of the sites have the doors of their RVs facing the road rather than opening to the picnic table area. For a NP CG sites were nicely sized and spaced and were pretty level. Cell signal was not great, but adequate enough to stream low quality videos. I have Verizon. I used one of the spigots scattered around the campground to get water in a clear plastic water jug, but the water had a yellowish tinge, a worker walking by said they would not recommend drinking it. There was a spigot at the restroom building with a short drinking water hose on it that I ended up using to refill my bottles. I did not check out the restrooms themselves, so cannot comment on them, but the rest of the campground was very well kept, so I would assume the restrooms would be no different. You can only pay by credit card and you do that by filling out all your info on a card and dropping it in the iron ranger. The top tear off portion you fill out and put on your post. The workers are very on top of things and will be around shortly to collect that slip and put a formal site taken slip on the post. All the workers I dealt with were very pleasant. There is a trail from the campground that will take you to the visitor center and the trail around the base of the tower and all together from your site it will be about a 5 mile hike. There are a few steep sections, but overall, it鈥檚 a pretty easy hike. You can also branch off to a couple other trails if you want to do more hiking.

For Belle Fourche - Devils Tower National Monument: An amazing site! However, no where to fill your rig with water, unless you bring a 30ft hose. I was surprised that it had not filled for the night. The creek is a horseshoe around the campground. There was a turkey with chicks nearby.

For Belle Fourche - Devils Tower National Monument: $10 a night, senior pass. Stayed in A loop. Best campsite for the money. Bring a full tank of water if you can and empty holding tanks. There is no spigot for you to fill and no dump station. We stayed September of 2023. Spectacular. The hosts are wonderful. There is a Sinclair gas station 8 miles away. There is a restaurant and trading post just outside the park entrance. Get there early. It was full by 6:30 pm.

Jane E
For Belle Fourche - Devils Tower National Monument: Small campground with many nice shaded sites. A lot of the pull through sites have your door facing the street with fire pit and picnic table on the wrong side. This arrangement probably works OK for tent camping. There are no hook ups, but restrooms are clean with flush toilets. Unfortunately, the camp hosts who have apparently been around for a couple years run the place like a prison and are always on the lookout for people doing something wrong. Every camper got in trouble for something at least one time while we were there. Their attitude put a bit of a damper on how we felt about at this campground. I.

For Belle Fourche - Devils Tower National Monument: This is a good national8 park campground. NO utilities so expect that. Gen Hours are 8am to 8pm. Great view from the base of Devils Tower. Keep in mind there is a KOA just a mile or so away if you are a KOA fan. We are staying in Devils Tower View around 2-miles south of the entrance to Devils Tower. We have 50-amp but no sewer....there is a central place for fresh water. All three options are just fine just pic the one that sounds best to you.....they are all just fine.
