For Pipestem Country Campground: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Pipestem Camping at Route 20 Market.
Road to: Overall good, but a little narrow, twisty and hilly at times.
Road inside: Mostly gravel but they do have a few potholes.
Trees: All well trimmed.
Check in: Large size office right at entrance.
Parking: Large size parking area.
Seasonal campers: Some.
Signage: good
Site 21: Gravel pad, but level. Had table and fire pit.
View: No real few, but our location gave a nice few of the campground.
Site spacing: Good spacing.
Bathhouse: Did not see.
Laundry room: Did not see.
Swimming pool: None.
Club house: No.
Fitness area: No.
Restaurant: Yes.
Grounds: OK, but could use some nicer landscaping. A few evergreen trees to divide some of the sites would be nice.
Air TV: None.
Wifi: Good.
So here is the bad:
1) All the sites along the perimeter are seasonal.
2) I liked site 21 and 20. Sites 7 and 8 could be nice if better landscaping was planted to provide a barrier.

For Pipestem Country Campground: This is a small campground. The owners are a young couple who just purchased this campground a few years ago, and are in the process of updating the sites. Very friendly! Bathrooms are very clean. The on site store has a wide selection of drinks, snacks and anything you could need for camping! Very friendly.
