For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: Wifi not reach the camping area. $$$$$ is more appropriate, with $57 charge to KOA members for water and 30amp electric. Pancakes for breakfast were fine, and you can take out to your campsite. But we won't have to visit them again. Located right next to historic district.
