For Harpers Ferry Campground: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO HERE IF MORE THAN 30'. This place reserved a site for our 38' fifth wheel but we did not have enough space to be able to maneuver into the spot and would not have fit anyway. We paid for full hook up but there was no sewer when we arrived. A nearby train will blow your eardrums as well as constant honking of horns from cars going thru a one way tunnel. The area was muddy from recent rains. There is very little maneuver room in this little bitty campground. When we asked for a different site the clerk offered to send someone to help. No amount of help would have made the site bigger. They said they have a "business relationship" with a nearby KOA but refused to move us there. We were told instead that they do not give refunds. Are you kidding me? This was a trashy, runs down looking dump that they charge $69 per night for.
