For Big Bear Lake Camplands: Kind of expensive for what you get. There is one site that is electric only but it is extremely disadvantaged as far as not flat and no space for awning. Also a tight squeeze in a 40' DP. We've gone here a few times to whitewater kayak and mountain bike the region. The MB trails at this campground are really great. The road in is typical for WV and similar to what I've experienced at other campgrounds in the state (although not at this price point). I prefer this to pine hill which is very close by.

Cliff 
For Big Bear Lake Camplands: The road in is rough with potholes and narrow spots. Some sites are level but not all. Not much for facilities. Bathrooms are not cleaned enough. Staff barely gets by here. I think there is lots of poison oak here but I stayed away from it so not 100
