For North - Interstate State Park: This is truly a beautiful state park. It is the oldest state park in Wisconsin. Great hiking trails and views of the Dalles of the St.Croix River. Looks like great kayaking/canoeing on the river. We stayed in the north campground and yes there is noise from highway 8. Highway 8 is elevated above the campground and we were there in June with the trees fully leafed out which helped. We ran our fantastic fan and that blocked the highway noise. Always have a white noise app on the phone if needed for highway noise or inconsiderate campers. The campground has good spacing between sites. The south campground is much quieter, but no electric hookups.

For North - Interstate State Park: The park is beautiful, nice hiking trails (not all that well marked but very scenic) and great area. Sites are nice, a little close together but hookups are in great condition. I didn芒鈧劉t use public facilities at all to comment but all appear in good condition from the outside. There is quite a bit of noise from the highway unfortunately but otherwise a nice park!

For North - Interstate State Park: This campground is in a very scenic area on the St. Croix river. Campsites are quite nice - BUT - campground sits right on US HWY 8. The traffic noise is unbelievable and unbearable. Such a disappointment.
