For Naga-Waukee Park: This campground, and all the other campgrounds run by this agency, always open April 1 and always close October 31. This listing indicates year-round, but that is not correct. The parks are open all year but the campgrounds are not.

For Naga-Waukee Park: No electric. Short driveways, #5 and #24 about only ones long enough for a popup and vehicle. Sites somewhat secluded yet close to each other. We stayed 4 nights in hot weather, few mosquitoes, lots of shade. Port-a-pots only at campground. Showers at the beach house a bit of a walk from campground. You can drive there but they make no parking available for campers using the facility. Close to many stores.
