For Fort Eustis Recreation Area: We arrived after hours and had called prior to our arrival and spoke with Dena at ODR / MWR / FAMCAMP (or whatever they call it). Anyway, Dena was beyond professional almost like a family friend trying to help. The next morning I went to do the paperwork and met Dena. She explained where everything was and answered every question I could think of. She then explained the lack of a visible shower facility, she then listened as I complained and then solves the problem all together. Dena is by far one of the MAIN reasons that my family will return to Ft Eustis rv park. Dena, I truly hope these comments find you and expresses OUR sincerest gratitude to you and your professionalism.
