For Gunlock State Park: We stayed at Gunlock SP for 2 nights. Beautifully maintained and managed. Camp hosts, the Terrys, couldn’t have been nicer. Campground almost empty so we had lots of privacy with beautiful view of lake and mountains. Great hikes nearby. The bathrooms and showers looked brand new… clean and modern. Our only complaint was shower water bordered on cold. We’d been off-grid for a while and were really looking forward to a nice hot shower. Just a few degrees warmer could make so much difference. Bought a delicious blackberry pie in Veyo at Veyo Pies!
