For Needles Outpost: This place really is an outpost! Nestled beside a beautiful red rock formation, it provides a unique camping experience. No hookups, no campground wi-fi. The restroom facility is basic and not very clean...but hot showers are available at a price. Some supplies and WiFi access are available at the owners store not far from the campground. Canyonlands (Needles District) National Park is just minutes away. So if you want a primitive camping experience with red sand, desert wildflowers, wonderful night stars, and nearby access to the park芒鈧劉s great hiking trails, this is your place.

For Needles Outpost: First let me say that this is one of the best campgrounds that I stayed at. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the very end of campground and it was so peaceful and a gorgeous view. My 10 and 13 year old loved climbing all over the rocks right behind our TT. If you have young children I recommend this campground. There is no hookups but the price was right also.
