For Navajo Lake Campground: This is a mostly FCFS campground with a few reservable sites. Sites are different sizes, some more level than others. Lots of tent campers but also RVs as well. Campground is split into two sections on either side of road.
Pros:
9000+ ft elevation = nice, cool summer temps
Right on lake
Direct access to hiking trail from upper section
Bathrooms, dumpster, water spigots
Smaller campground, pretty quiet
Cons:
$30 for very few services is high
Might be tough to maneuver for larger rigs
