For Rio Vista Resort: Not a resort but a poorly managed and run destination. Refused to deal with a water leak that flooded our site and caused a slip and fall. Smelly trash in front of site. At least 6 cars or boats at each site. Very small site and all the vehicles are on top of each other and boats and trailers instead of using large lot. No one picks up after dogs, no side walks, lots of fast cars and trucks. Management hands out questionnaire in improvement but they ignore their fundamental issues of paying for hook ups that don芒鈧劉t work or are too far away on opposite sides of trailers. Watched an accident with truck trailer and RV still didn芒鈧劉t motivate management to Cindy they have issues with number of people and vehicles. Don芒鈧劉t stay here. Not worth it.

For Rio Vista Resort: Stayed here during 2018 Memorial Day. All other parks were sold up! Park was totally full this weekend as well.
They originally told us 15amp, but the box has plugs for 30 and 50 so maybe I misheard. Has a good number of 芒鈧損ermenant芒鈧 residents, but doubt they live in the RV permenant - more like weekend vacation spots.
Pads are gravel, but reasonably level. I didn芒鈧劉t need levelers. Our pad was very long and well spaced, but some in the park are very tight (the overflow sites).
Good place for little kids. Splash pad, mini golf, pool etc. the staff are an elderly couple and were very sweet and nice. Place is pricey, but it芒鈧劉s the venue.

Skip Down Road
For Rio Vista Resort: These people are crooks. They dont disclose cancelations when making reservations. Very Un truthful. Bad attitude.
