For Oakwood RV Resort: The sites are not any tighter than most campgrounds. The hot tub was actually hot, unlike some campgrounds that do not cover their hot tubs. The internet is by tengo internet. Most campgrounds charge extra for that. Oak wood provides it at no extra charge. The place is well maintained. The office staff is excellent. As an added bonus on Saturday night there was a live all girl blue grass band. They could have played on any stage anywhere. They were great! Plus refreshments were provided by the campground! We will definitely be back.

For Oakwood RV Resort: FULL TIMERS BEWARE!!! - Recent increase of $150/mo. (25% increase). Staff is AWESOME but ownership in Phoenix, AZ is disconnected from local culture. Several other RV parks in the area at a lower price.

For Oakwood RV Resort: Disappointing. Agee with earlier comment that pics are very misleading. We paid for an 芒鈧揢ltra Premium芒鈧� site and what a joke. View of the gas station and a nasty empty pond. It supposedly their larger sites and I. Was tight by most standards. The normally sites were really on top of each other. We love Fredericksburg but will look for another park if when we go back.

For Oakwood RV Resort: We just pulled in. I hate it. It芒鈧劉s an ugly gravel parking lot and I don芒鈧劉t want to stay here. The photos are misleading.

For Oakwood RV Resort: Show your active duty military ID! Two free nights. They are members of Tents for Troops. Spacious lots with fire pits. Dog park! TREES!! We芒鈧劉ll be back.

For Oakwood RV Resort: Park was very clean and quiet. Close to town. We were in a back in spot in a 37芒鈧劉 fifth wheel, sewer hookup was 20芒鈧劉 at the very back with very little slope. Had to lift hose to drain. Pull through connections were near center of site. I will stay again when in area.

For Oakwood RV Resort: As others have mentioned, sites are very close to each other. Lots of trees which is nice. We had a back-in site that had us next to a barbed wire fence but shade was awesome. Picnic table provided. Bathroom/showers in easy walking distance. Pool is large. Fenced in gog run area and lots of dog walking space. We have two small curly haired dogs so the sticker burrs are BAD but larger dogs seemed unaffected. Very friendly staff.
