For Dogwood Acres Campground: The nicest place I stayed on cross country trip. But it is way off the highway on winding, beautiful country roads (fine for my Ford Transit, but maybe difficult for big rig). Owners live on grounds, very friendly, and accommodated my late arrival. Lots of nice facilities, nice tees and fields. Good restroom/shower. Most sites were occupied with trailers having auxiliary decks and shelters, but nobody was there on a weekday in late April. I saw only one other camper.
