Christmas
For Wilsonville Rec Area PPL: We only stayed here one night. It is mostly gravel roads. We haven芒鈧劉t done laundry for a while and we were happy to see two washers and two dryers that worked. They also had two countertops to fold and sort laundry. The washing machines and dryers are large and only cost a dollar. They have two dumping areas. They have around 170 campsites. About 61 are seasonal campsites so that still leaves a lot for other campers. The reservation system is interesting in that they some have a 7 night minimum and others have a 2 or 3 night minimum depending if it is on a Holliday. From the phone message it sounds like they start to fill up around the 4th of July. We came in June on a Sunday night and we selected our site on the honor system and they have a board to mark off the sites that are still available. The showers do cost 25脗垄 for 5 min. Most times I think showers should be included in the price but at $28.00 we were more than willing to pay the 25脗垄 for the shower. The showers also were hot and did have a nice new shower head. The paint on the floor of the showers was flaky in some areas, but that didn芒鈧劉t bother me when I was taking the shower. It is on the lake so if you have a watercraft it would be very convenient. I could have rated it higher but the sites were not paved and didn芒鈧劉t have sewer. But if I was traveling through the area again I would be more than happy to stay here.
