For Little Fawn Campground: Stayed there Aug21st through 28th 2016. Probably a little quieter and not as cramped as other campgrounds along the cascades lakes route west of Bend. Weekends are a zoo near any of these lakes west of Bend...fairly quiet during the week though. Our main disappointment was that ALL pics show this campground ON a teardrop cove at the south end of Elk Lake. There is no water to be seen from the campground. There is a decent "beach" in close walking distance and a "drive to" launch area for kayaks, canoes, and boards. That cove is an "overflow" for Elk Lake and has been dry for a couple years we were told.
