For Moffit Beach Adirondack Preserve: This is a beautiful primitive campground. It has a sandy beach with clear shallow water and a sandy bottom to wade into that芒鈧劉s just lovely. No hookups of any kind though. Some sites are just a few steps from the lake. There芒鈧劉s a little store not too far away that carries basic supplies. There芒鈧劉s a small, but well-stocked grocery store in the village of Speculator a few miles away. It芒鈧劉s quiet except for motor boats. Great hiking nearby. Good fishing, too.

For Moffit Beach Adirondack Preserve: Beautiful campground beautiful lake! This is a gorgeous state campground in the wilderness park of the Adirondack. There are no hook ups but there is water and a dump station available. In the summer there are camp fires and camp lectures and storytelling by the Park Rangers. There is a beautiful swimming beach with lifeguards, as well as a very beautiful boat launch ramp. I have stayed there many times and I always have enjoyed the quiet serene nature of the park. I have been going to that lake since 1947 and it's remains one of the most gorgeous, rustic lakes available on which to camp.
