For Canyon Trail RV Park: Had an extended stay in S. Arizona and was looking for a midway point to land for a night. While looking at the reviews for Las Vegas, all the comments mentioned security and homelessness surrounding the property indicating, to me, a security risk. While searching I discovered Canyon Trail RV Park in Boulder City. The reviews were positive and the ones that weren't whined about the sewer inlet and coach arrangement. So I decided to reserve a night at the Park. I called the front office and received excellent customer service. I informed them of a late checkin and was instructed my instruction would be on the window next to the office door. As when I rolled in around 2130 hrs., as instructed there they were. I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab with an 8' bed and a 27; Airstream. The sites are 50' x 30', level with a gravel base and I was able to pull straight in without any silly maneuvering. The Park was quiet and looked clean in the evening darkness. As I walked my dog, management was patrolling which gives you confidence that thing will be good 2 go. The next morning it was confirmed the Park was clean and orderly. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. I didn't understand all the bitching in some of the reviews. One review sited the high mount of sewer connection, which this site did. If one really looked at the sewer assembly they would have seen the angled drain connection at ground level. Another complained about the tight spaces, heck it's an RV Park and thought Canyon Trail was engineered quite well. You want to see tightly pack Park, go to Camp Richardson at Lake Tahoe. So I say, "Cheers" to the management and personnel of Canyon Trail RV Park and I'll be staying there again on my travels.

For Canyon Trail RV Park: Super roomy park….wish it had had longer spaces so we didn’t have to unhook car for a one nighter. Laundry room had lots of machines. Very well lit and nice bathrooms.

For Canyon Trail RV Park: Clean pull through sites Great for overnight. Clean and efficient. Good WiFi. Did not use facilities but it was 106 out. Stayed in 34 ft Class A with small tow. Fit ok but no extra space. Have used before and will again.

For Canyon Trail RV Park: Very nice park. Convenient to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and in Boulder City. Pool was nicely located next to laundry so that I could swim and do my wash. Stayed here in August 2021 so office was not open but had no issue checking in. Lots a seasonal sites but didn’t bother us. Would stay here again

For Canyon Trail RV Park: The primary issue here for us was the hookup situation. The sewer drain is at least 10 inches above grade so I guess they expect liquid to run up hill?? When we first pulled in you could smell the sewer as our neighbor was trying to drain his trailer. They do have a dumping station on your way out of the property which I highly recommend. Also, seems most people are seasonal or full residents and spaces are tight.

For Canyon Trail RV Park: Nice restrooms and clean park. Hook ups worked fine. Mostly Seasonals. Not a good one night stop if you're over 20 foot you'll have to unhook your tow vehicle or toad. Would not stay again .

For Canyon Trail RV Park: Well this isn’t a campground, rv park and certainly not a resort but it is like being packed into a sardine can. Man this place is cozy with your neighbors. Pull throughs in most sites but definitely have to unhook tow or trailer. Worst utilities I’ve ever encountered. Sewer drain fittings are 12 to 16 inches above grade and next to worthless. This place is one of those that whoever designed it didn’t have a clue about how a rv uses the site. WiFi was non existent. Tv is digital is only highlight. I’m not sure how anyone gave this place a 5 star. We’re never coming back to this claustrophobic mess.
