For Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino: Not free if you stay in one of electric/water hookups. $15/night. Dump station near horse men's entrance. Conveniently off I-10 just outside El Paso. On-site food & entertainment, but no drinking inside casino itself.

For Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino: This is a great free overnight place. It's quiet, level, and paved. We stayed here many times in our 40 foot motorhome when passing through the area.
