For Pendaries RV Resort: Beautiful location and setting in the low mountains. Extensive facilities with public club house, pool tables, shuffle board, horse shoes, corn hole and many other games. Playground for the kiddos. Interior sites are spacious but can get pretty crammed together towards the back. I芒鈧劉d recommend sites 30-38 which are on the outside edge of the park with open forest behind you. Park is well managed and well cared for. Daily trash pickup was nice. Some of the hook ups are long runs. We had to run into town and buy an extra sewer hose so we could reach the hookup. If you are physically fit try the hike to the old turquoise mine. It is about 7/8 of a mile but you gain 500 ft in elevation. The trail is wide and easy to follow. The mine itself is not very special but if you poke around in the tailings there芒鈧劉s turquoise and other cool rocks to be found. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Angel Fire is a very nice visit. It芒鈧劉s about a hour and 45 minute very scenic drive. Tip: don芒鈧劉t take the motor home, it芒鈧劉s a narrow road up the mountain to Angel Fire.

For Pendaries RV Resort: Beautiful setting in the tall pines, nice office, gift and coffee shop. Gravel sites with grass and forrest near. Friendly staff and residents from private owned lots above Rv park. Nice clubhouse shared with guests by residents. Negative is no tv service unless you can find a site with southern exposure for satellite. Weak park internet unless very near office or clubhouse. Good AT&T signal but no Verizon. 25 miles from nice town of Las Vegas NM, golf course across the road and nice hiking trails. Quiet area.
