For El Morro National Monument: Great great one of the best we have stayed in , clean , cool at night on hot 103 degree day August 2019 , site #4 handles our 25 ft trailer and truck, several more sites will also fit up to 27 ft trailers, very good experience

For El Morro National Monument: Probably one of the nicest campgrounds I芒鈧劉ve ever been to. Clean toilets, new fire rings, good spots for tents, fantastic view of the sunset over the sandstone cliffs (the main part of the monument) to the west.

For El Morro National Monument: Arrived late and so haven芒鈧劉t seen it yet, but let me advise that the road to the visitor center is gated after closing, so it芒鈧劉s not possible to turn around inside. They are well aware because the road next door says 芒鈧損rivate, no turn around芒鈧. There芒鈧劉s no signage coming it that turn around is unavailable after hours. So, I had to disconnect the toad, do multiple turns and reconnect.

For El Morro National Monument: Wonderful camping! This was our first time camping in the SW. Though there are limited sites, not all were filled even on a Friday night. No reservations and free camping. Tent pad uses pea gravel as a base rather than being on the hard ground and was flat. Pit toilet was near and clean. Two water sources were available and plenty for the small number of sites. There is one handicap site that is fully paved - very nice and across the road from the toilets. Wonderful views of the surrounding country and the monument with easy access to the visitor center. The loudest noise for the most part was the wind. I would definitely go back.
