I think it芒鈧劉s a bottom of the barrel low budget mobile home park.

For Balloon View RV Park: Completely creepy dump. Gravel pit in an industrial area. Half mobile home park-half long term RV people who are there because they have nothing else.
Worst place I've been over the last 4 months on the road.
The hookups worked but the wifi didn't. But the reason I didn't like it was because I was surrounded by people at the end of their ropes. Just sad sad sad.
I'm sure you could buy meth there if you wanted. Lots of 2nd amendment signs so probably a lot of armed people there too. Just a bad scene.
I was just there to winterize before storage for Christmas- luckily I had work to do or I would have left and gone to Walmart or something.
You can do better than this place for sure. Oh and $35 a night for this sketchy place.

For Balloon View RV Park: Nice looking place, quite with full hookups, with cable (60 channels) internet extra. $495 per month, how ever if you check out before the end of the month they will not refund all of your money. They prorate it at $400 for the first 2 weeks and $95 for the last 2 weeks. There community room is also their personal quarters. They say they are open till 7:pm but they change the sign on the door to 5 pm on days they want to do something else. So you have access to your mail at their whim.
