For Curtis Creek NF Campground: My four stars are comparing it to other national forest campgrounds. This one is down a long gravel road near a small town east of Asheville. I was starting to get nervous before we reached it but the forest opened up and we found a very pleasant little campground. The sites were large, bathrooms were clean, and hosts were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay near Asheville this is a good choice.
