For Tannery Creek - Petoskey State Park: What a great small state park. Each loop of the campground has its own boardwalk or path thru the dunes for a short walk to the beautiful beach. Spent two nights and saw great sunsets. Decent privacy between the sites among large trees. We just had to take our time backing in our 20芒鈧� trailer. Some sites have more room than others and some will need a little leveling. Bring your bikes as the park has its own dedicated path to the Wheelway where you can explore the Petoskey and harbor springs area or even further if you want. We had 2-3 bars of Verizon LTE which was great for getting some work done from the road. Hope to return someday, God-willing.

For Tannery Creek - Petoskey State Park: what a beautiful beach side park! Heavily treed. Our site was a little tight for our 30' TT but we got it in there. short walk to beach from every site. we had a very successful search for Petoskey stones (and Michigan has a rainbow of beach stones) ...especially in the morning when the water was calm and no one else was out. We could only stay one night but would have stayed longer if we could. You can walk or bike in to town...trail right to it. If you like pizza...Mancino's Pizza and Grinders!! outstanding! quality mozzarella and a Schmolz brewery inside. Verizon 4G and cell worked okay here. We would definitely like to return to this park.

For Tannery Creek - Petoskey State Park: Most beautiful park in Michigan!
Over a mile of sand beach, less than 100 feet from every site. Great hiking trails from your campsite. Bike path to Harbour Springs and Petoskey. Large private treed sites. Plus great washrooms and staff. Not to be missed!
