For Sterling State Park: This is a beautiful spot and we had a lovely view of the lake. Early May so the park was almost empty. My low rating is due to their policy of user passes. One night of camping (6pm to 9am in our case) required the purchase of 2 day passes at $9 each. Surely a day is 24 hours! So one night with electric only was $46. Seemed unreasonable.

For Sterling State Park: Excellent State park w/ full hookups... gorgeous views of Lake Erie... large, level, concrete, safe, sites. Good Verizon

For Sterling State Park: 98% of the camping sites are kept up bathrooms are clean 69 is pull through site is not well maintain low side because of water from rain

For Sterling State Park: This was our first time camping here and it has an absolutely amazing view of Lake Erie! We definitely want to come back when we have more time!

For Sterling State Park: Easy access, paved roads and sites. Lake Erie sand beach. Staff professional but very friendly. Guarded park access and patrols. Well maintained. Family and pet and bicycle friendly. Coordinated kid's activities. Enjoyed our 15 days there. Could use a couple of kid's playgrounds in the common areas. Dump station is located well off-site making bluetank difficult.

For Sterling State Park: Beautiful park with lake view of Lake Erie. Clean bathrooms and good maintenance work. Nice hiking trails. Staff are very friendly.
