For Sun Outdoors Ocean City Gateway: Worst customer service we have experienced in 12 years of RVing. If you want to be ignored and treated like a peasant, this is your campground! Two days before arrival, we made a reservation for a premium site for eight nights. On arrival, we told the office that a schedule change required us to only use 5 of the 8 nights. The office staff told us that sorry, you have to change your reservation two weeks in advance to avoid losing it all. The lady said she would call corporate to request permission to refund our three nights which had already been charged. She did not call corporate, and when I spoke to the on site manager, Sequoia, she said 芒鈧揑 am Corporate芒鈧 and no refund was possible. In 12 years of RVing, we have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDENESS AND LYING芒鈧. Would not stay here again and will avoid all Sun Country Redorts in the future.
