For Scales Lake Park: Scales lake campground is open year round. The water is shut off during the winter, however; water is available from the main bathroom with a long enough hose. Like all other campgrounds, it is full on the weekends most of the summer. They have long term sites available. This park is a nice place with a lake and beach in the summer months. We have camped there multiple times. There is security at night during the summer months until late into the night.
