Livin the dream
For Condits Ranch: We stayed here for a few days to get close to family for a visit. There are MANY seasonal rigs here which normally isnt a problem but not ones that are broken down and covered in moss. It seems more like an RV storage park which is too bad because it does have alot of potential to be more of an upscale RV/MH park. The area is nice but not convenient off the highway and most of the rigs are travel trailers and smaller 5th wheels. We didnt think the price we were charged was worth the stay in our big rig. We wouldnt stay again.

For Condits Ranch: We found Condits Ranch 21 years ago. We have camped here every year since. We love it here. Best campground there is.
