For Shady Grove Campground: (We have a 30ft travel trailer.) This campground was easy to navigate, easy to drive through, easy to level out (most of the sites are already very level to begin with). This is a hidden gem that puts you within an hour芒鈧劉s range of Atlanta with plenty of grocery stores and gas stations around. There芒鈧劉s also plenty to do within the campground. Their playground even boasts a climbing wall, which my kiddo adored. We芒鈧劉re putting this campground on a return list!

For Shady Grove Campground: This was a great campground. Large wooded sites, electric and water, dump station easy to get into. Over the air TV works great. Only reason for 4 starts was our site was not level, had quit a bit of leveling. Site needed some repair but noticed they were in the process of updating sites. Defiantly worth a visit.

For Shady Grove Campground: The front gate attendant is staffed until 9:30pm which really helped us out in finding a place to stay. The park will close in November and reopen in March. Long back in sites with steps (2 or 3 to several) lead to the site picnic table and fire pit. Most of the sites are large enough to place a tent on the picnic table level. Big sites.
Get there while the sun is still up in order to see where you're going and to help in backing up. It's very, very dark. No full hookups. Cell reception is Oporto very good depending on the site. There are pull thru sites too.

For Shady Grove Campground: This was the nicest campground I have ever stayed in. It was on a huge lake Greatview beautiful. The price was right, we couldn't ask for more

For Shady Grove Campground: We love this campground. We started here in tents. Now we have a large fifth wheel. Still love the campsite, but there are a few areas that are difficult to navigate. You can make it through though.
