For Cecil Bay RV Park: Hard to give a rating cause there's nothing here. Kidding a little bit but there's electric and water but no sewer. Sites are hard to distinguish from the field its placed in. There appears to be a heated pool but lots of open land with no shrubbery and a few buildings. We came in late and the staff may be nice and friendly - we haven't seen them yet. Maybe even someone beginning a business. But the ads should be more clear.
The campground is just a startup and it should say so.
