For KOA Journey Americus: Pros: beautiful property with adjacent golf course that is free to campers; nice facilities. Unexpectedly found lots to do in Americus.
Cons: no WIFI or cable; still cleaning up after last hurricane; sites are grass which become flooded after a bit of rain.

For KOA Journey Americus: We stayed here while visiting Habitat for Humanity's Global Village and Discovery Center in nearby Americus GA. The roads and sites have some gravel - but not enough to prevent large wet areas after several days of heavy rain. The campground host, however, did manage to find us a dry site. The bathhouse feels new inside and is well taken care of. It is an attractive piece of property with a golf course and a lake.
