For Imperial Bonita Estates: Visited 1/19. Huge park with lots of permanent homes. RV sites are very small with no grass, mostly gravel and no privacy. Did not feel it was for us.

For Imperial Bonita Estates: for older people and retirees, kind of slow pace. Friendly people around here though. Lots of residents.
