For Elk Creek Campground: Elk Creek Campground was not our favorite in the Conejas River area. The spots were unkept with lots of weeds and high grass all around. It was a quiet campground, but you could hear some trucks from the highway. We were at site 9 and definitely would not recommend. You are in the wide open. Cars and people passed all the time.

For Elk Creek Campground: Stayed here September 5,6,7 2020. Paid $110 per night with a full hookup(no cable) . You are paying for the location- closest RV camping to the Western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Spaces are a little tight, but lots of greenery between spaces. Our space seemed to be Mama and baby Moose芒鈧劉s favorite spot to eat the willow trees- amazing to see these huge animals so close. Bathrooms private and clean. Grand Lake is a busy town lots of tourist shops, restaurants and live music. Weather can change quickly 芒鈧�漺e ended up leaving a day early to get to Estes park and beat the snow storm, we went from 80 degrees to 34 and snow in a 24 hour period. Be prepared for all weather! Owners are friendly.

For Elk Creek Campground: it is a real well kept camp ground , it is quiet, we go there every time we go too colorado. And it just keeps getting better every time .
