For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: We were just getting started on our Fulltime adventuring, and this place came recommended. Sites are pretty good size, and instead of one size fits all, they are varied making it much nicer to walk around in with winding trails. Easy access to some trails. Wildlife abounds here, and the deer even came up and sniffed us on occasion. Extremely quiet campground, good Wifi with towers situated around the park to keep it good. Cell phone signal is spotty, but set your phone to wifi calling and it works great. Bathrooms were very clean, and except for the smaller size and lack of heat they were awesome! I think they watch them and go and clean every time someone uses the bathroom/shower, they are that clean! Staff are friendly, and with three dogs they were extremely accommodating. They have a small dog park that was of adequate size for all three of our dogs. There are a lot of full time residents, so the park does have a somewhat lived in quality and feel with all the different skirting and fencing that you see. The people are friendly, welcoming and quiet. The park does use WhatsApp for business that is pretty great. If you are looking for an out of the way park with large sites and great atmosphere this is a great choice.

For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: My family and I wanted to stay at this park, so I called and made tentative reservations, and then sent in our applications (they run credit and criminal background checks on anyone staying a month or longer, which is fine by me, as we have two little girls). Our reservations weren芒鈧劉t confirmed but I figured no news is good news. The day before we were supposed to be arriving, I called since I hadn芒鈧劉t received so much as an email. The woman on the other end of the line had not heard of us and had no record of us having a reservation. They had to run our applications, and about an hour later I called back, hoping for an answer. They informed us that we were declined. I found this very interesting. Neither my husband nor I have any criminal background. My husband has excellent credit, and I would if it weren芒鈧劉t for having stage 4 cancer. Literally all the negative marks on my credit report are unpaid medical bills. I assume that everyone knows cancer is expensive by now, but anyhow, if you have some sort of affliction that has left you with six figures worth of medical bills, you aren芒鈧劉t welcome here.

For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: Nice park with good size sites. Sites and roads are fine gravel. Sites have fire ring and table. Good water pressure, and they have cable. Note that not all sites have insulated water hookups. It got below freezing several nights while we were there and we were required to disconnect. They do not allow you to trickle your tap. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. They have a nice activity room and a hot tub, no pool. Roads can be dusty when dry and muddy when wet. They don芒鈧劉t sell propane here and the nearest fill station is about 15 miles away. We often had flocks of turkeys in and around the park and also deer. The park is a bit away from anything, and it芒鈧劉s quiet. We stayed for a month in a 40芒鈧劉 5th wheel trailer.

For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: Excellent stay! Courteous Staff! Amazing surroundings! I do own a motor home but we flew in and stayed in a cabin. The entire park was very clean. Large RV spaces. Lots of wild life.

For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: Mountaindale has got to be the best RV park in the whole state of Colorado!

We love it and have camped there may times over the last five years!

Almost every spot has more yard than my house!

For Mountaindale Campground And Cabins: Had an absolute amazing time here. I dont recall a bad camp spot in the park. Even with the park almost completely full, it still felt secluded and private. Ice cream social and waffles for breakfast made the place even better. Will definitely be back.
