For Sun and Fun RV Park: Two nights for $50 (PP America rate) in a full time trailer / RV park. I was in a minuscule pull thru and couldn't even open my awning. CA Hwy 99 was a stones throw away on one side and trains blasting their horn on the other side. I needed to kill two days before visiting relatives in Sacramento on the weekend so it worked out & I sleep like a log.
The management was very friendly & Tulare has plenty of places to shop for groceries, etc.
