For Island View Beach Regional Park: Loved this place even though very basic facilities (Porta-potties and fresh water but that's it)! Can't beat the view as it is beachfront for rv's. Tents are further back behind hedges. Not far from ferry terminal to return to Vancouver. Perfect if you have an early morning ferry to catch. Also close to the airport. Well kept and maintained. No staff on site. First come first served ... find an available spot and set up. Someone comes by morning and late afternoon to collect fees which are a modest $20 per night. Quiet at night. Would be my go-to place if visiting this area again. Learned about this from a local who was taking the ferry to the Isla s when we were arriving. Very limited spaces so arrive as early as you can to get a spot.
