You pay on special 1,000 a mo. then they hit you with $30 a mo. for sewer and garbage pick up. Then they will charge you $20 to read your electric meter. So your looking at about $1100 a mo. on a special.

For Valle Del Oro RV Resort: Pretty good overall but overnights do not get all the services like cable or wifi. Nice people.
