For Djs RV Park: Rented a spot for 2 months. I found the general area (not park) weird and boring. 18 yrs full timing but first time in Lk Hav City. Site was generally level and gravel. Average to less than average site size for a private park. Most of the sites appear to be seasonal with most RVs being below average in upkeep and looks. My next door neighbor had a beat up car and 20 yr old Van on site together with trailers with jet skis all parked with the RV. One of the jet skis had a sign painted on it that said 芒鈧揻..k you芒鈧. If I were mgt, that site would be vacant after 1 day. In general, the park appears to be on the down side.
Now about mgt. Mohave County is COVID rabid in a Covid rabid state. The clubhouse doors and windows all had 芒鈧搈ask required芒鈧 signs. The small office had no less than 4 or 5 芒鈧搈ask required芒鈧 signs. Your mail was aggregated in the small office on a small table. No one including the lady manager ever wore a mask. Social distancing was unheard of. People all standing around talking as they all pawed, unmasked, thru the pile of mail. Complained numerous times to the manager and her response was to roll her eyes. She at least could have put on a mask instead. The common room outside the office has about 10 eight foot long tables. Daily there were card games being played, 8-10 people to a table with half or more tables occupied. Not once did I see even one person masked much less socially distanced. Based on the sized of the RVs in the park, I guaranty these folks were not in the same household.
It is a direct responsibility of a park to provide a safe environment. DJs doesn芒鈧劉t. Though I had paid for 2 months, I left before one month was up and emailed the owner with my reason. I did receive a response refunding 1 month.
