For Rest Stop: I have confidence in traveling in/through Kansas because I feel like they welcome travelers, simply because they provide facilities for us where we can get out of the vehicle, stretch a bit, and use the restroom. I have stopped at this rest stop several times and have always been thankful that it is well-kept and amply supplied. It serves its purpose as it was intended. Nothing fancy, just a welcome respite when needed.
